"If you need the set back life from the city yet close to the city without the crowds then you have hit the nail on the head"
Set back on rejuvenated park lands across the waterway from the Olympic stadium and facilites, you have every service at a walking distants and cause of that you tend to get trapped in the area until you need to leave(i.e. work).
