Hi JimmyR
Great question. Heidelberg Heights has some really great pockets with tree lined streets and great access to amenities including quality shops, schools and transport, plus much more. We have seen consistent values increase over the years with good demand from young families and professionals. It's proximity to the CBD and blue-chip suburbs is what will continue to drive the area in value for the foreseeable future. New development is whats really transforming the old stigma of the area and we don't see this slowing down anytime soon.
Hope this helps with your decision

Hi JimmyR,
Have you seen the suburb reviews on the website? You can search suburbs and specific streets to see how other Homely users rate the area.
