"Safe Street Close to Everything"
Helenwood Grove is a short, quiet street, running at a 90 degree angle along two sides of tucked-away Helenwood Park. I love Helenwood Grove for its neighbourly feel, safety, views and feeling of calm. And with bus stops less than 100m away in all directions, the University of Tasmania, the Maritime College, Mowbray Shopping Centre and TAFE are only a few minutes down the road. And for going out, and everything else you might need, the CBD is only a quick 10mins drive away.
