Notley Street, Newnham, TAS 7248

After living in Notley Street for 7 years, I found it to be a great start to get into the property market. Generally quiet and a good location for anyone that maybe going to the university as not too far away. Although the area is not perceived as a highly sort after area, it is definitely not an area where you have constant issues. Although newnham doesn't have a lot of facilities to accomodate the average person, Mowbray is a 5 minute drive which consists of gyms, supermarkets etc.

Launcestons secret hub. The properties here have been owned by established residents. Access to city only 5 minutes away the restaurants are a hop skip and a jump away. No nightclubs to be found in sight you can rely on buying a property in pretty large scale size backyards. I want to own 5

Launceston is a favourite of ours to visit. A preferred residential area it boasts great medium priced housing with schools and university within walking range. Away from the lower end housing market Newnham properties have grown in value with a demand for brick houses boasting long established families who have developed their properties. Launcestons Parramatta this is a good place to start if you want to move here
