"Amazing Result"
Having someone who loves the area was a real bonus to find. Justin was able to get a contract signed after two days on the market, but didn't stop there; He kept negotiating with other purchasers and managed to get a top price for us. He was always professional, helpful and friendly.

I first met Justin Goebel while trying to sell a house in Launceston quite a few years ago. I found him to be a tireless worker, always willing to listen, then give a fair appraisal whether you are buying or selling. Since then I have both bought and sold houses with Justin's help. Justin managed to be an extremely personable and outgoing agent all while maintaining his professional identity throughout the purchase of our first home. He was smooth and honest in his interactions with us and highly accommodating of our needs as his new clients. "Smooth"
My wife and I had been looking for our first home for nearly two years. When we saw Justin's online ad, we rang him and enquired straight away. Justin arranged an appointment for us to walk through THAT afternoon. When we got there, we walked in and knew instantly that the property would be perfect for us. I think Justin did too. I felt like he had our best interests at heart, as well as the vendors. We decided to put an offer in and the process was very fast and smooth. Within an hour we knew that the house was ours. Even after the contract was signed, we still had a lot questions about the property etc. We sent Justin many messages asking questions; he always replied promptly and maintained regular contact. This was a "cherry on top" for us, in terms of his service. I would recommend him to both sellers and buyers. Thanks for all of your hard work, Justin!
