"Affordable Location"
Running from a busy vermont road through to a not so busy Janefield Street. usually this street can be quite busy with traffic through the day as being on the back doorstep of the Mowbray shopping centre. Great location as far as being close to all amenities around Mowbray, but you will need to keep in mind that you do get traffic through the day. Affordable rent and buying is an advantage of Jellico Street and easy access to major roads for quick access to the Launceston CBD. University is a short walk which may be a good opportunity for an investor to take advantage of.
