"River, CBD & Mountain Views"
Sitting above the City of Launceston, on the fringe of the CBD is Trevallyn. One of the oldest suburbs, there are some beautiful examples of Federation architecture here. Large homes and large blocks, with some newer established streets offering truly wonderful views. In high demand, it can be challenging to buy here. Cricket, Tennis & Bowls Club, School, Shops, Cafe and more. Access the Cataract Gorge Reserve for swimming and relaxing in Summer.

"Towering over the Tamar in Trevallyan"
Trevallyn is one of Launceston’s most sought after suburbs, and it is easy to see why! Just about every home prizes a stunning view over the Tamar & City! Only minutes from the city centre, Cataract Gorge, schools, public transport, local shops and cafes, Tennis/Golf Clubs and Riverside shopping precinct. Trevallyn is full of character and charm with a mix of the original architecture and new modern homes.
As the owner of a Property Management business in Launceston and working in the Real Estate industry for almost 25 years, I am lucky enough to assist people looking to invest or finding homes for people moving to our State. Living in Launceston is simple, safe and it has such a great community spirit.

"Love the Spectacular Views, Hilltop Serenity, and How Convenient to Everything."
Makes for family living a delight - with a who's who living in this pleasant Trevallyn location.
Especially "high up" overlooking the headwaters of the River Tamar, Mountains, the Silio Hotel, the near Cityscapes.
With walking trails, these rare, never-to-be-built out protected privileged views, and renowned Gorge - but is not too close to commercial Launceston City.
And, unlike so many other streets that are on smaller blocks in Trevallyn, West Tamar Roads precinct is not among neighbors .
With larger land content for family, more beautiful potential.

"Private Peaceful & Very Trendy"
Trevallyn has a great mix of the old and the new. Houses dating back to the late 1800's and many houses from the 1950's and 1960's sitting amongst well designed, contemporary houses. Residents take advantage of the amazing views, access to the Gorge, child care and primary school, public transport and a small shopping precinct with supermarket, newsagency, pharmacy, deli and cafe. As a Trevallyn local, I believe its great place to raise a family or invest.

"Amazing Views"
Trevallyn know as Nyllavert back in the 1930's is a great location due to proximity to the Launceston CBD, great views, and character homes some of which being the very few still standing when Launceston was first settled. A very quiet area and generally quite hill. The benefits of amazing views in quiet neighbourhoods along with close access to schools, public transport, doctors surgeries and everything Launceston has to offer. Top marks for Trevallyn....
