Trevallyn is a very nice place to live as it is so close to town, shops, doctors and schools. Trevallyn would definitely be a desirable suburb.If you were to have an investment here it would be very secure and safe as rental price's don't fluctuate highly. Some North Eastern suburbs are undesirable, Ravenswood through to Waverley.
Trevallyn is the best.
