"What a real grinding pain"
Clearly one of the worst streets for everyday mobility, parking, daily lifestyle is French Street.
Which in fact is on a terribly sloping steep almost never ending part of Launceston. Besides any views are personal that do not affect residents in such a painful way.

"Baked in treeless non sustainable uncultured modernity away from all vital needs"
Make no mistake, for the sake of caring for others, Lachlan Parade is nothing better than dated builds and no historical significance.
Without a doubt best go further down to live in Trevallyn 'proper' where you can feel the difference in new, old and convenience which is one of the the best things Trevallyn offers, where views actually are amongst it all too.
Instead you'll absolutely love it.
