Make no mistake, for the sake of caring for others, Lachlan Parade is nothing better than dated builds and no historical significance.
Without a doubt best go further down to live in Trevallyn 'proper' where you can feel the difference in new, old and convenience which is one of the the best things Trevallyn offers, where views actually are amongst it all too.
Instead you'll absolutely love it.

The bottom end of Lachlan Parade, offers what I think are the best views of Launceston and the Tamar River! They are completely uninterrupted and sensational.
