Hi,
It depends whether you are looking to build and then sell on to try and make some money, if you are building to keep as an investment property or building to live in. Which ever the reason, a standard 3/4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, brick and aluminium windows would be best for re sale. If it is a unit, 2 beds, 2 bath brick and aluminium windows also. Hope this helps!

Hi Venice, As Kathryn mentioned, this is all dependent on what you aim to achieve. Building and selling, to live in, rent out etc. Location will also play a big role in the type of property that you build, as if you were in the more desired areas of Launceston, a more desired home would be the point of call, as apposed to the northern suburbs where you would go for a standard 3 to 4 bedroom with 1 to 2 bathrooms along with garaging or simply a 2 bedroom unit. A few things to consider - feel free to contact if you would like to discuss further.
