"Nice Houses Overlooking Golf Course and River"
Hillside Terrace borders the St Lucia Golf Links, and also has a great view of the river. All the houses are built on a bit of a slope, which may get annoying.
If you are a big golfing fan, then the Indooroopilly Golf Course is also within walking distance, and it is a 36 hole course. So there are 58 holes extremely close, which will get please any golfing fan.
The traffic can be a bit annoying as people travel between Indooroopilly and the University of Queensland. This dies down a lot after dark, so it is not really a problem.
