Seventh Avenue, St Lucia, QLD 4067

I agree this avenue follows a high ridge and sits well above flood. In fact it is so high a lot of the houses have city views. Houses on the northern or eastern side of the street don't come up often and sell quickly. You can walk to anywhere from Seventh Avenue, Ironside State School, shops, Uni, and public transport with a number of parks near by.This is a quiet avenue with very little through traffic.

Seventh Ave follows one of the highest ridges in St Lucia, properties on the city side of the street enjoy very private north east aspects, most with views of the city. Seventh Ave is well within the Ironside state school catchment area and is about 300m from the school. It is less than 400m to the St Lucia village shops and 500m to the UQ campus. Seventh Ave is totally flood free as it sits 100m above the river. Seventh Ave is a quiet tree lined street where St Lucia's most valuable real estate is. In fact there are many multimillion dollar homes in Seventh Ave but rarely come up for sale. It is fair to say Seventh Ave would be the first choice of the avenues if you have the money, but it is very tightly held.
