"Peaceful, affordable and safe"
We have just moved into this street with primary school aged children. So affordable. Very quiet and friendly neighbourhood. Plenty to do for active people - close to Stud Rd park, wetlands, bird hide, bike tracks, walking tracks. Far enough away from any freeway noise and you have the swim centre at the south end of the road. Not close to any large supermarket - need to catch bus or walk into Dandenong, but that is a small price to pay for living in a quiet and safe area. Not as culturally diverse as Dandenong and there is a strong Neighbourhood Watch presence.
