"Neasham is where great people live"
This street is beautifully planned to keep through traffic away, which makes it serene. Most residents here know each other, hardly 20 cars pass here in a day, so you can play cricket or skate on the road if you want.
The steet is proudly owned by most residents from 1970s who do not want to sell because of wonderful location. Very low houses for sale, always a positive sign.

"Great part of Dandenong North"
Lovely street, peaceful and quite, luxury to choose form 6 schools in the area, close to Waverley Gardens SC. Friendly neighbours. Close to SE and Eastern freeways. 12kms from Chadstone. Love living here.
