Depending on the level of printing services you want to provide I'd say it would be fairly easy with a number of vacant commercial sites available at the moment.

Thank you Charles for your comments. I plan to find a large house to rent and run my business from there. A commercial place plus a house to rent is too expensive. Appreciate your advise. Kind regards John
