Hi, We are planning to move to Hobart soon and looking at property and suburb recommendations. The Hobart market is very hot and it is difficult for us to find something in reasonable range. Seeking advice on good and safe reasonable suburbs for a family (with good schools if possible). Also, what are the suburbs we should avoid.
