that would depend on whom you talk to. Some argument is going on now about parking in that area and all around Hobart with some wanting to change to usage of that area away from parking and into more usable pedestrian, shopping, hotel areas while at the same time improving the public transport options for residents frmo outer areas of greater Hobart. Others are complaining that there is not enough parking in Hobart.
