Where do people recommend to live in Tasmania?

Hi there, I am currently living in WA (Originally from the uk). Where is the best place to live in a rural area as we want horses but not far away from everything else? I have a 14 year old and 10 year old and need to find work as a registered nurse. I am divorced and on one wage so have to watch my budget. We really want to move over soon but have no idea where to start. Any help/support would be very much appreciated. Thanks
