Where is the residential development in the city?

In the former 'Wapping' district there are apartments, though the area is not very large. This is the area wedged between campbell st and the brooker hwy (near the Theatre Royal). Or Battery point, but this is more a inner city suburb. There really are not many people living in the city. Since Hobart is small and we don't have much space constraint, a massive majority of people live in suburbia.
