"GREAT STREET"
Holt Street is a Great St to live in as it is within a 5 minute walk to corner store and Primary and Secondary School.
Within a 15 minute walk to Pine Mountain Rd Shops and Brassall Shopping Village. Plenty of Retail Outlets and Take away. 2 Bakeries. Woolworths and IGA. Kentucky Fried Chicken, Subway, Mc Donalds, Chinese, Thai Food etc....
We have a Local Gym and Sutton Park - soccer club house and great childrens play area. Dog Park.
We have a Medical Centre / Dentist and Pharmacy
Local Bus service and within 5 mins you can easily access the Warrego Hwy. 5Min drive to Ipswich CBD.
