"Quiet little cul de sac in Birds Estate"
My aunty and cousins live here. The houses are approx 20yo in the Birds Estate. This is a quiet street with very minimal traffic. The buses are on the main rouad which is a 5-10min walk. The shops are also about a 15min walk. The RSL is 10min away and there is no trouble from there. It is also close to the oval where children can play soccer..
