"Horrendous place to live"
As others have written - this street is very noisy. There is an industrial site. Shins at the end of the street which operates at all hours and council doesn’t restrict noise. The apartments are very close together so you often get kept up by neighbours in neighbouring complexes and your strata will tell you it’s not their problem. Council should make them all the same strata!
There is lots of loud music and crime. Crims jumping balconies and vandalising buildings.
Internet is really bad and power goes out a lot because the circuit gets overloaded.
The street being a one way you can only turn left and even though there is double white lines I’ve been almost wiped out by cars cutting over when I try to turn out of Howard govt says not to let people let you in but often that’s the only way you can get out of the street.
Owners or real estate keep deleting reviews here because they want to keep raising rents!
Don’t rent here people you will hate it!
"Too noisy and dirty"
The worst place I have lived in.
Apartments at the end of the street are located at the back of a warehouse complex and Campbell’s distribution centre. There is noise all day long. Forklifts and machinery noise during day, and noise during night is even worse with big trucks arriving as early as 3:30 am.
Also, the street is narrow, with cars parking in both sides, leaving only one lane for driving.
Additionally, the street is dirty most of the time, there is a lot of illegal dumping, that obstruct the way for pedestrians, wheelchairs and scooters.
