"Quiet leafy street close to exclusive school"
Having lived here for years, this street is leafy, has beautiful homes in it, holds value really well and relatively quiet - thanks to school's traffic is not permitted to use the street as thoroughfare or parking as an agreement between council, owners and St Pat's.
It is close to shopping villages (Homebush), school (St Patrick's, St Martha's, Santa Sabina, Meriden, Strathfield Girls high, a number of colleges, Marie Bashir school, Australian Catholic University and more.
Very popular area and a great street. Can be considered narrow to some people but I'm used to it
