Illawara region or central coast region?!
Am looking to move from Sydney(living in Strathfield/Homebush area for ~3 years now) to Regional areas, specifically Illawara or central coast region which are connected to Sydney. But am not able to decide which one to choose. We are a family of 3 with Kid going to school next year. Below are my preferences:
- Safe, clean and kids friendly. Close to good public school.A good community spirit.
- close to amenities like Aldi/WoolWorth/coles.
- Weekly once journey to Sydney CBD.
- Interested in buying property as well which has a potential to increase in value in a span of 5 years.
- close to beaches/parks for daily walking/running.
- Less crowdy suburbs preferred. No nightlife/pub preferences.
Please let me know which region Illawara OR central coast is best with the above options. Also please suggest which suburbs would be best.
