I am not a regular but more a local who drops in now and then and actually love the pub.
However, I walked in tonight without having had a drink and bumped into some ladies who were on a 60th birthday party and happily enjoying themselves but no more than that.
However, it seemed to at least one young male member of staff that he did not like people acting in any way other than sober. This is a pub by the way !! He grabbed the ladies drink and had her thrown out.

Yes it has a beach, but that's it. Does that justify such an expensive price of real estate? I don't think so in my opinion.

Iluka is clean, safe, friendly suburb. The coastal walk between burns beach cafe and iluka beach is one of the best in Perth, well away from any noise from traffic with beautiful landscape. The parks and streetscape are all extremely well maintained via the iluka homeowners association. Beautiful spot!

The Northern coastal strip's best kept secret. A beautiful, quiet suburb with pristine beaches, the superb Sir James Mckusker park (a popular wedding venue) and a variety of houses from luxury coastal mansions to a cute 3x2 on a 'cottage block'. The covenants ensure parks and gardens are beautifully maintained. Only 12 minutes to Joondalup (excellent shopping and universities), across the road is vibrant Currambine Village with restaurants, bars, gold class cinema and shops. Yet Ikuka is quiet, friendly and beautiful!

It has a beautiful beach, beautiful parks, no through traffic, no schools or shops so hence the lack of traffic.. Beautiful homes, well kept gardens.. dog and child friendly. It's safe and sound..
