"Simply the best"

Without doubt this is the best end of Richmond to live at Parks, the yarra and a cafe within a few hundred metres. Never noisy and always a great place to live with young family. Have lived in the area for 5 years and have no intention of leaving anytime soon. A fact echoed by house prices (keep going up) and oher locals.
