"Perfect Perth coastal living"
A quiet cul de sac within a cul de sac of approx. 12 houses which is elevated enough for ocean views. At a distance of 500 meters the ocean and marina is very accessible, as is the local schools and shops. The local primary school is not overly crowded and has a friendly feel to it. Mindarie is a great place to live if you like living by the sea.
