"Beautiful sea views!"
Lighthouse Parade is arguably the best street in Mindarie to live on! It is situated opposite Lighthouse Park with beautiful sea views; is within easy walking distance of Mindarie Marina and beaches, plus lovely walks along coast. Very accessible to bus route (on Rothesay), Clarkson train station, Ocean Keys Shopping Centre & Joondalup (10 minutes drive away). Very good schools, such as Mindarie PS and College, as well as Peter Moyes Anglican and Quinns Baptist schools. A great street with million dollar plus homes and views!
