"Quiet Cul-de-sac"
This is a quiet cul-de-sac with mostly families with children living here and some couples. The neighbours are lovely, it is a short walk to the bus top, local IGA, parks, primary school and high school. Very safe, only residents and their guests usually drive in to this street so it s never busy or noise. My partner cycles to te train station so you don't really need two cars for a family.
