"Overview Paperbark Lane"
Street is quiet and backs onto a park which fronts the houses. Near by you have a choice of schools (Atwell Primary, Atwell High School and Harmony Primary).
Shopping is catered for by the Gateway Shopping Centre with over 100 speciality stores. This is close to Cockburn Central Railway Station providing quick access to Perth CBD and south to Mandurha.
Bus stops are located on adjacent streets within easy, quick walking distance which provides an alternative to reach the city.The Highway which follows the north-south route the same as the train is only a 2 minute car ride from the street. In other words transport choices are excellent giving both access to Fremantle & Perth in 20 minutes.
