"Probably one of the Highest Median House Price Street in Lake Placid (Caravonica)"
Jilbar Close is an elevated Cul-de-sac, with only about 13 homes in total, Its very leafy and is not subject to flooding. The street is friendly and quiet. There is a mixture of families, retired couples and professional couples in the street. Nothing negative to say about this great liitle corner of Lake Placid.
