"Dont knock it until you try it .. Surprising in many respects !"
It is a surprisingly quiet and peaceful road outside of peak hours. The area offers some fantastic convenience and in most capital cities you would pay many thousands extra for this. People are easily put off, but there are many pockets and houses set back from the main road which are sensational. we have lived in the area for many years and on Kensington for several years and would not want to move anywhere else.
you just can't underestimate how much the conveience and location are worth and until you live it, it is hard to believe.
Give it try, you won't look back.
