"Lovely street... very neighborly folk."
Kumbada Avenue is located on the south side of Burwood Highway. Short walk to both Upwey and Tecoma village and train stations.
Neighbors are warm and friendly.
Properties are quite flat and managable in comparison to most hills streets.
Occasional through traffic just before and after school times but traffic is slowed by speed humps.
