"Great views and proximity to the beach"
Nice and quiet street - most of the time. Very skinny street, street parking is 'random' and unmarked. Street parking is prohibited from 6am to 9am Fridays due to garbage collection as the garbage truck is just wide enough to fit down the street and has to reverse down all the way.
Taxi serivce to this street is fantastic due to the proximity to Terrigal and the nightlife down there.
Steep but short walk to Terrigal Beach aswell as Avoca Beach. Most restaurants in Terrigal do free home delivery here due to proximity to terrigal commercial area.
The sea breeze can get quite chilly during autumn, winter and spring as the sun disappears behind the hill mid afternoon.
Wednesday night is "uni" night down at the Terrigal Crowne Plaza Beer Garden, often youths on their way home use this street as a shortcut to Avoca Beach via the pathway and the end. On occasions they can be a bit rowdy but generally it's ok.
