"Quite unless you back onto Burns Beach"
Great little spot that with mostly friendly neighbours. The houses at the end that back onto Burns beach are succeptable to traffic noise. More 'burn outs' around than a few years ago but not too bad. Most neighbours keep to themselves and don't make too much noise.
