"Easy apartment living"
Easy access to public transport including free tram around Melbourne city. Walking distance to the Queen Victoria Market. Marvel Stadium right at the door steps. Three DFOs nearby and 10 minutes walk to the library. Many restaurants if you want to have a nice meal. And many more activities happening time to time and you can watch fireworks just from the balcony.
