Although Landsborough Terrace may look like a fantastic position from the maps, there is one big problem. There is a lot of public transport nearby as well as the Toowong Village shopping centre, but it borders the Regatta Hotel and its corresponding bottle shop.

This means that it is always noisy and full of drunks, especially at the early hours of the morning. It would be fantastic for young people who are interested in that kind of social life, but unless you are a heavy sleeper you would constantly be woken up at odd hours.
