What's it like living in Lang Lang / what are the rates costs like?

My family are looking to build in Lang Lang, what's it like? Is the community growing? Are the rates high? ( Side note do they do hard rubbish like the Mornington Peninsula). I went for a drive there and was a little surprised I thought the estates would be a bit more built up and there's only one school. We're do you do grocerys?it does look family friendly I noticed kids playing on the footpaths in the estates :)

Lang Lang has plenty to offer. They have most things you need. There is an IGA, bakery, post office, chemist, doctor, dentist, coffee shops, pub, restaurants and lots more. Hard rubbish collections are by appointment so its just a matter of calling Council and organising a time. It has a great primary school and playgrounds. There are other schools within a 10-15min drive. It is a growing town and no doubt it will get more infrastructure in time. Hope that helps.
