"The friendliest street in Grovedale!"
The situation at the top of the court, gives you a peaceful and serene life. Although Church Street, the main arteryleading to the shops at Grovedale and to the Torquay Road in the other direction, gives you good access, either by car or buses, with stops virtually at the end of the court. The traffic noise doesn't impede on your quiet living experience at the top of the court.
The neighbors are friendly and helpful, many having lived in the court for some years, whilst their children have grown, and are now are experiencing visits from grandchildren.
Having the gardens set up, it doesn't take much to maintain them, allowing more time in the vegetable garden, when the weather permits. Having the setup, with the fences surrounding the vegetable patch, does give a more sheltered environment.
Overall,it is a lovely place to live, and I am sad to have to part with it.
