"fantastic place to live"
Pethajohn Parade is a wonderful place to live and borders Waurn ponds. The street is quiet and friendly and the homes are good quality and maintained. The location is outstanding with all major shopping near by as well as a good choice of local shops as well. Access to Geelong CBD is only a 12 minute drive away and easy access to the surf coast. There are 2 bus stops near by that can take you into Geelong. the Train station is a 8 minute walk and takes you to Melbourne via Geelong. The parking at the station is good and have always been able to get a good park. Pethajohn Parade provides easy access to the Geelong ring road saving valuable time commuting to Melbourne.
In addition to the above there is a fantastic walking and cycling track that runs along the Waurn ponds creak that can take you into the outskirts of Geelong (very safe cycling).
