Development in and around Langwarrin?.

Hi all,
I wonder if someone would help me please. I have notice a few signs on the Dandenong-Hastings rd offering, what seems to be, buildings in commercial / industrial estates. Does anyone have any information about any proposed developments?. This would be ideal for the area as it will bring jobs etc to the area. I'm hoping that there will be a large shopping complex, similar to what is on offer on Frankston-Dandenong rd, Dandenong. Any info will be greatly appreciated.. Thanks....
