Langwarrin, VIC 3910 is located within the Frankston local government area, part of the Melbourne (Greater) Region in Victoria.

Hi Annzaffarese,

Everything comes down to budget and priorities.

If you have a big (for Langwarrin) budget, you want a big house and a big block, then the Pindara Estate would be ideal - the further in to the estate you go the quieter it gets (traffic). You’re only a short distance to the local shopping centre and public transport as well as local park and sports facilities. Overall though, Langwarrin as a whole is a great choice and all pockets offer something different and unique. Stop in at OBrien Real Estate and say hello sometime, we can go for a coffee and discuss in more detail what you might be looking for.
