"Grand Houses"
Housing is predominantly detached double fronted Victorian houses. It is a cul-de-sac hence less traffic is obvious. You can see trees in all streets paperback, pin oak etc. Area has less than 5 meter setback which is normal for Victorian houses. Vegetation is moderate in the area including few canopy trees
