"Quiet, surrounded by parks & nature, walking distance to lagoon, pool, Manly and beaches"
A lovely quiet street with hardly any traffic flow aside from residents. Close to all amenities with Warringah Mall & Balgowlah Shops a walk away, Manly Pool a short walk, golf courses, lagoon, walks, playing fields, sporting facilities, nightlife of Manly within a short distance. A real community spriit in this and surrounding streets with families of an upper middle class nature. Excellent choice of schools, child care, pre-schools, sporting clubs and so forth for the youngsters and a similar amount of pursuits for adults. 23minutes by bus to the Sydney CBD. A thoroughly great place to live.
