"Perfect Quiet Street"
I just sold #15 and could not find a better, quieter street in Mount Gravatt East. It has good elevation to catch the breezes, no traffic and neighbours who look out for you. It's perfect by my books!! The buyers knew this and sure fought over this property paying $30,000 above list price.

"Cul-der-sac Living"
I have just sold #33 and must say that I have been absolutely impressed by the neighbours in the area. They threw my Vendor a going away party and were so sad to see them leave. The property did not take too long to sell and went for $21,000 above the listed price. I am pretty sure that all homes on the street are owner occupied - a very nice street to live on!!!
