I have just finished selling a home at #72. Those which are renovated pull very good numbers of inquiries. #72 had 90 groups inspect this property at the first open home, it sold later that night. Properties in this pocket which have been renovated are highly sought after and will fetch very good money. The neighbors were all friendly and knew each other well. There are also natural springs in the area which are ideal if you love gardening.
