"Perfect Family Living"
This is such a lovely street...period homes and new architecture. Blocks just the right size for rebuild.
So close to Essendon High School and all amenities.

"Quiet & Safe - Freat family location."
Lyon street is one of those streets that you would never know about unless you live there or are visiting someone that does. It is not a thoroughfare at all so it stays very quiet and is very safe for kids too. The homes are mainly period with a few contemporary homes coming through as new buyers enter the street to build on the generous sized blocks. It is also extremely convenient to all amenities with North Essendon Village within walking distance. It is also within walking distance to some great schools.
Overall a great family location!!!
