BRISBANE CITY COUNCIL
Household premises with a total area of: more than 800m2 can keep up to 20 chickens. Less than 800m2 can keep up to six chickens.
LOGAN CITY COUNCIL
Under 450m2 0 Chickens
451 to 600m2 Up to 4 chickens or 6 bantams
601 to 2,000m2 Up to 20 chickens at a density no greater than 1 per 100 square metres
Please Note; Unless you have over 5000m2 you can NOT have a rooster on your property!
