Shopping at Aldis and transfer to dock at Macleay Island?

I am moving to Macleay Island. Can anyone please inform me how would I get my groceries from Aldi's at Redlands to the ferry? Are there taxis in Redland or a public service from the shopping centre to the ferry/water taxi dock?

Lived on Macleay for 8 years. Cheapest way is to walk over to the bus station "Victoria Point" 250 and 280 buses go to the marina. (about 15 minutes and most are met by a ferry) Some years ago transit lined up the timetables for buses and ferries. Each ferry from Macleay is met by a bus going to Brisbane (250) Logan hyperdome (282-3) Victoria point an on in to the city on a direct route that also stops at Garden City Terminal interchange(280) Tha's also wher you can change buses for a number of inner city places.e.g the 111 goes in to St George sqaure in Brissy City via places like Southbank.
Yes there is a taxi service from Victoria point Aldis to the Marina. Also Aldis at Logan and Capalaba .Capalaba is a good place to go too and is best done by going to Vict point, then transferring to the 270. Sometines 45 min delay in the transfer if the buses do not connect. Enjoy! Macleay is a gr8t place
